Welcome to the PAAT membership application pilot.
Thank you for helping us test the new online membership application process. This pilot is helping us check that the form is clear, the system behaves as expected, and everything is accessible and practical to use.
A quick note about the pilot site
This pilot environment is still under active development. It is not a finished or fully polished website yet, so you may notice unfinished pages, missing links, or navigation that feels less intuitive than the final version. The website navigation may be tricky, especially if you move away from the application form and try to browse other areas of the site. This will be improved and made clearer in later versions. The pages you need for the pilot should be available, but if you get stuck at any point, please tell us using the feedback link below.
Using a computer (recommended)
For this pilot, please complete your application on a computer or laptop where possible. We have not yet fully tested the application process on mobile phones, so the experience may be unreliable. Using a desktop or laptop is the safest option for now. An iPad may work, but it has not been fully tested either.
Getting started
If you already have an account, use the Login link below. If you are new to the pilot, use Create an account. Once you have created an account and logged in, you will be able to start your membership application.
Completing your application
You can save your progress and return to it later. When you submit your application, you will see a confirmation message on screen as well as receive an e-mail. After submission, you can check your application status at any time from your account area.
Share feedback
Your feedback is genuinely helpful, even if it is a small detail.
Please use the Feedback form to report:
- anything that did not work (errors, missing pages, unexpected behaviour)
- anything unclear (questions, wording, instructions, terminology)
- any accessibility barriers (keyboard issues, screen reader output, contrast, focus order, labels)
- suggestions to make the process quicker or easier
If possible, please also tell us what device and browser you were using (for example: Windows or Mac, iPad, and the browser such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox). This helps us reproduce and fix issues more quickly.
